Return Policy

At Kothari the Label, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
All returns must include the original packaging and tags.
Items that are custom-made, personalized, or final sale cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original purchase for a refund and placing a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made pieces, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
